Unsweetened Oatmeal

Oatmeal is the perfect weight loss and health food. It is fiber rich and thus improves digestion. Being low in calories and fats, it also makes you feel full for longer hours. Starting your day with a bowl of unsweetened oat meals is an amazing way to get a thinner waist line.
