4 Day Split Body Dumbbell Workout - The Fitness Cafe

This is a 4 day split body dumbbell workout designed for people who have limited or no access to a gym but want to tone their muscles. The workout plan requires only dumbbells and can be done anywhere. You can even do this workout at the gym. Focus on form more than the weight that you lift. Warm up and stretch for 10 minutes before your workout. Do stretches for 10 minutes after your workout.

The workout is scheduled as

Monday – Chest and Triceps
Tuesday – REST
Wednesday – Back and Biceps
Thursday – REST
Friday – Legs
Saturday – REST
Sunday – Shoulders and Abs
