There is no need to get on a very rigid diet anymore and quit half way. Instead just add these food items to your normal diet and lose those extra layers of fat.

Running is something we’d all like to do to get into better shape. Regular running helps you build strong bones, strengthens muscles, improved cardiovascular fitness and helps maintain a healthy weight. It is an aerobic exercise – meaning it produces energy by combining oxygen with blood glucose or body fat.


About us

The Fitness Cafe started out when a couple of guys set out on a fitness goal that many believed to be impossible. One of the founders lost 48lbs in one year and is on his way to completing his first half marathon!
